Design

Horizontal Rail
- Z Purlin
- Material: cold-formed A653 Steel (different thicknesses available)
- Bottom flange used for Wire Management
- G90 or higher pre-galvanizing corrosion resistance
Vertical Rail
- Custom Aluminum Extrusion
- Material: 6005-T5 Extruded Aluminum
- Portrait Rack
- Can accommodate panel thicknesses between 1.22"-1.97" (31 mm-50mm)
- Landscape Rack
- Uses SmartClip or SmartBonding Clip to mount panels
Tilt Bracket (two options)
- Completely welded assembly
- Hot-dipped galvanizing corrosion resistance
- Assembly utilizing Z purlin shape
- G-90 or higher pre-galvanizing corrosion resistance
- Option chosen dependent upon ground clearance
Clip (Landscape-style rack only)
- SmartClip
- Designed for panel thicknesses between 1.22"-1.97" (31 mm-50mm)
- Spring-loaded hardware allows clips to be installed before panel is installed
- SmartBonding Clip
(same as SmartClip but):- Stainless steel bonding clip allows bonding between panel and Hardware
- Eliminates the need of a grounding strap
- Thin-Film Panel clips
